Experts advise cleaning dental and orthodontic appliances a minimum of 2 times per week, ideally 3 times per week. The directions are easy to follow:

1. Add 1 MYOCLEAN tablet to a glass of lukewarm water.
2. Place the appliance into the solution and leave the appliance soaking in the glass for a minimum of 15 minutes (the appliance can be left overnight if required).
3. Remove the appliance from the glass, rinse under running water and dry and store until the next use. Use MYOclean antibacterial tablets to clean?after every use.
